ABOUT ME

I am Nicolas Suarez, a young jazz and modern music Colombian drummer. I have participated in musical projects with jazz ensembles such as Apqua, Rame and Stereotipo, and also participated in important festivals like the International Festival of Villa de Leyva, the Festival of Jazz Voices of Cartagena, and the Barranquijazz, being a finalist in all three events with the ensemble Apqua. Winner of a half scholarship in the professional musician
category in "Your Experience Broadway (2021)" program held in New York and finisher in the first Masai Contest for Young Jazz Players, occupying fourth place being the only drummer in the top
20 in Colombia.
